My Mom had recently passed suddenly, being in complete shock over the loss, Jayme, Steve and the rest of the wonderful staff helped walk me through the whole process and made everything down to the littlest details run so smoothly. Watching my mom pass, I had such anxiety about seeing her again, but Jayme did such a wonderful job preparing her for visitation, that I felt an unbelievable amount of peace when i knelt down beside her and saw how beautiful she looked, again down to every little detail including little things we wanted to be presented with her that were so perfectly displayed. My mom was an artist and the staff allowed us to set up a little art gallery with her works, providing stands and props for all our photos as well. The Bethpage home was very clean and such a very comfortable atmosphere. I did get a little sentimental when I saw my brothers, children and nieces and nephews lounging on the sofas and chairs in the lobby, reminiscing funny stories, felt like sitting in moms living room. I must say entire staff did make the hardest days of our lives so much easier and brought so much peace to myself and my family with so much kindness and caring assistance. Much gratitude to all!
