Sophie J. May

May, Sophie Julianna, (nee Gass), formerly of Farmingdale passed away on July 6, 2020 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of 32 years to the Late Harold John May. Dedicated and loving mother of Henry J. May and Harold D. May. Cherished sister to Alban Gass (Betty), the late John Gass, and the late Marie May. Adored aunt of many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.  Sophie's unending love for her family will never be forgotten. The family will receive visitors Thursday, July 9th, 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Conklin Street, Farmingdale. Funeral Mass Friday, July 10th, 9:45 am at St. Kilian RC Church. Interment following at Trinity Cemetery, Amityville.
