Santo Eifu

Eifu, Santo, 94, longtime resident of South Farmingdale passed away April 4, 2024. Reunited in Heaven with his cherished wife of 69 years, Loretta. Loving father of John, Irene, and Mary Ann Veveakis (Tony). Adored grandfather of Elaina Narvaez (Robert), Loretta Guidice, Anthony Veveakis, Michelle (Samantha). Treasured great-grandfather of Giana, Isabella, Alexa, Alivia, John and Julia. Dear brother of Anthony, predeceased by sisters, Carol Marino and Connie Rizzo. Santo’s world revolved around his family, and he instilled the importance of family and family traditions in his children and grandchildren. His favorite tradition was Christmas Eve dinner with the seven fishes, surrounded by his family. In his younger years, he enjoyed dancing with his beautiful wife and playing cards with his friends. Santo was outgoing, friendly, loved by all and will be forever missed. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, April 6th, 10:45 am at St. Kilian RC Church. Interment following at St. Charles Cemetery.
