Salvatore Ciccolella Obituary

Ciccolella, Salvatore J., of Wilmington, Delaware passed away from a short battle with pancreatic cancer on July 22, 2021 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of 63 inseparable years to Frances. Loving father of Marianne Bono (Ray) and Cosmo Ciccolella. Cherished grandfather of Francesca Bono, Angelica Bono, Christina Bono and Christopher Ciccolella. Dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle to many. Salvatore and Frances' relationship was one like a fairytale, they had a deep, true, desirable love for each other that was obvious to all. They did absolutely everything together, and were each other's better half. He was known for his wit and dry sense of humor that either you loved or you hated it. Sal loved spending time with his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren. The family will receive visitors Monday, July 26th, 4-8 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Conklin Street, Farmingdale. Funeral Mass Tuesday, July 27th, 10:30 am at St. Pius X RC Church, Plainview. Entombment with military honors following at St. Charles Cemetery, East Farmingdale.
