Herte, Philip J., 99, lifelong resident of East Farmingdale, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2018, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of the late Betty. Loving father of Betty Ann Camera (William). Cherished Pop of Emilie, Elizabeth and Eva. Adored brother of Evelyn Kranz. Devoted uncle, great uncle and great-great uncle to many. Dear friend to all. The family will receive visitors Sunday, November 4, 2018, 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Conklin Street, Farmingdale. Funeral Mass Monday, November 5, 2018, 9:45 am at St. Kilian RC Church. Interment following at St. Charles Cemetery.
