Seminario, Nicholas, 81, longtime Bethpage resident passed away October 12, 2023. Loving husband of 60 years to Francine. Beloved father of Nicholas (Stephanie), Charles and Justine North (Paul). Adored grandfather of Alyssa, Paul (Molly), Nicholas, Sophia, Isabella, Matthew, Charlie and Lianna. Nicholas was one of ten children, he is survived by his sister Louise Ditillo (Nicholas) and predeceased by four brothers and four sisters. Dear brother-in-law of Joann Steiger (Eddie), Charles Coronia (Lisette) and Darlene Walters. Treasured uncle of many nieces and nephews. Nicholas was an extremely hard worker, running his own plumbing and heating company, ACT Plumbing. As hard as he worked, he would play even harder, often with his brothers-in-law they enjoyed, gambling, horse racing, going to the casino, trips to OTB and a cold beer in hand. Many family memories were made on their vacations in Saratoga and upstate at “The Shack”. Nicholas’ favorite phrase was “well the kids had fun”, which translated in his mind as ok, it’s time to go. He had a way about him that people couldn’t help but like him. Nicholas was a completely different person once his grandchildren were born. At family get-togethers, he would always have one of them in his arms. Nicholas’ grandchildren were the light of his life, and he loved them dearly. The family will receive visitors Monday, October 16th, 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Broadway, Bethpage. Funeral Mass Tuesday, October 17th, 10 am at St. Martin of Tours RC Church. Entombment following at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood, Westbury.
