Jeanne Sokolski Obituary

Sokolski, Jeanne A., 94, formerly of Bethpage, passed away February 11, 2024. Reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband of 49 years, Edward. Loving mother of Eileen Rosenbaum (Michael), Laureen Roland, and Carol Nofi (Michael). Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Muhlenfeld (Will), Jason Rosenbaum, Casey Roland, Allison Nofi, Tyler Nofi, Heather Borneman (Ian), and great-grandmother of River Nofi, Conrad Borneman, and Luke Muhlenfeld. Jeanne was a very loving and beautiful woman. She was very caring and kind. She loved her grandchildren and Great grandchildren very much. She was the original fashionista! She loved to sew on her antique Singer sewing machine. She enjoyed gardening and fishing. Jeanne really enjoyed Bingo at Sunny Lane, and belonging to The Bethpage Historical Society, St. Martin Of Tours Mother's Club, and Young at Heart. She was very involved in her community. She was the wife of a Bethpage Volunteer fireman and enjoyed being a part of the fire department most of her life. She was so in love with her pet grand babies as well, Pinky and Hefner the dogs. Jeanne also really enjoyed shopping, especially on QVC and Amazon. Our mother will forever remain in our hearts. Rest in Paradise Mom. The family will receive visitors Monday, February 19th, 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Broadway, Bethpage.
