Geraldine F. Nugent

NUGENT, Geraldine “Gerri” 76, of Bethpage, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2020 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Reunited in heaven with her beloved husband Sylvester, sister, Kathleen McElligott and brother, Jack Flood. Loving mother of Brian (Danielle), Christine Paola (Fred) and James (Gayle). Adored grandmother of Meghan, Nicholas, Travis, Zachary, Madelyn and Luke. Also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and countless friends, in the USA and Ireland. A special thanks to the outstanding staff at Heritage Springs Memory Care in Lewisburg, PA where she spent her final years. The family will receive visitors Sunday, December 20th,  2-6 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Broadway, Bethpage. Funeral Mass Monday, December 21st, 10am at St. Martin of Tours RC Church. Interment following at St. Charles Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Gerri’s memory to an Alzheimer’s Charity of your choice.
