Pirrone, Frank P., 95, of Staten Island, formerly of Ozone Park passed away on June 14, 2021. Proud World War II Army Veteran. Reunited in Heaven after 48 years with his beloved wife Rose. Loving companion of 45 years to Maureen Brisk. Dedicated and caring father of Frank Pirrone (Patty), William Pirrone (Donna) and Camille Pirrone (Aimee Jones). Cherished Grandpa of Gregory, Elizabeth and Frank. Dear brother of Thomas and Margaret Pilato and predeceased by siblings John, Paul and Katie. Frank loved his country and was honored to have served in the Army. He was a true family man and was happiest when with his children and grandchildren. He made it a point to instill the importance and value of family in his loved ones. Frank was a loyal, strong, resilient and caring man. He enjoyed fishing, cross word puzzles, gambling, scratch offs, betting on horses and playing on the floor with his grandkids. Frank loved to tell a good story and make people laugh. He was extremely stubborn and made it impossible to "treat" him to a Birthday, Father's day or any dinner because he would have to "one up" everyone by giving them a "gift" afterwards, that usually cost more than the initial dinner. Frank was a GREAT father and grandfather who took pride in caring and providing for his family until his last breath. The family will receive visitors Thursday, June 17th, 6-9 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Broadway, Bethpage. Funeral Mass Friday, June 18th, 10 am at St. Martin of Tours RC Church, Bethpage. Interment with military honors following at St. Charles Cemetery, East Farmingdale.
