Harchak, Christopher J., 53, of Bethpage, passed away unexpectedly May 10, 2023. Reunited with his beloved wife of 15 years, the late Joanne Wassner. Dear brother of Michelle Ruppert (Jason). Cherished uncle of Mackenzie. Chris loved animals, especially his adored cat, Harley. He was strong willed and stubborn but extremely loving and quiet. Chris loved his sister and brother-in-law, but he absolutely adored his niece. He enjoyed making memories with her, whether they were building legos or just relaxing watching TV. Chris will be forever missed. The family will receive visitors Saturday, May 13th, 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Broadway, Bethpage. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Christopher's name to Last Hope Animal Rescue, lasthopeanimalrescue.org.
