Anne DeStefano

DeStefano, Anne, born 75 years ago in Brooklyn and raised in Howard Beach, was reunited in heaven with her beloved son Matthew on September 8, 2022. Anne is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Frank, their cherished daughter Joanne and her husband Donald Madeo. In 1971 she and Frank moved to Farmingdale, NY. A homemaker, beautician, and former brownie troop leader, she devoted time to be a St. Kilian Eucharistic Minister for 40 years, and a 20-year volunteer at the Outreach program. Former president and active member of St. Kilian Women’s Guild. Anne also leaves behind her sisters Theresa Orlando and Carol Riccardella, and brother Jack Cavalcante and his wife Debbie. The family will receive visitors Saturday, September 10th, 7-9 pm, and Sunday, September 11th, 2-4 & 7-9 pm, at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, 315 Conklin St, Farmingdale. Funeral Mass Monday, September 12th, 11 am at St. Kilian’s RC Church. Cremation private.
