Monroe, Constance W., 86, of Riverhead passed away on June 3, 2019. Beloved mother of Wayne (Jo Ann), Christine Falco (Dr. Thomas) and Craig (Anita). Cherished grandmother of Michelle Quinn (Matthews), Nicole Cornachio (David), Melissa, Kristen Hay (Timothy), David Falco, Lauren, Danielle, Phillip and Geofrey. Loving great grandmother. of Chase, Brody, Avery and Anthony.  Dear sister of Diane McCormick, Gloria Melbourne and Gerard Klich. Visitation Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Conklin Street, Farmingdale. Funeral Mass Thursday, June 6, 2019, 11 am at St. Kilian RC Church. Interment following at The Cemetery of the Holy Rood, Westbury.
