Abbott, Carlton James, "Carl", 83, longtime resident Hempstead passed away on August 22, 2019. Proud US Navy Veteran. Born and raised on Staten Island, NY and attended McKee Vocational High School. Predeceased by his parents, Carlton and Mary. Cherished brother of Eileen Rahn. Loving Uncle of Steven (Nancy), Gary (Donna) and Caryn Rahn (Bart Goldberg). Dear Great Uncle of Samantha O'Neill (Michael), Steven Rahn (Bree), Brittany Rahn, Collin Rahn and Daniel Rivera. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 28th, 12-1 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Conklin Street, Farmingdale. Interment with military honors following at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
